Shipping policy

Everything you need to know about getting your Dinara to you, wherever you are. If you have a question we have not answered here, we are always happy to help.

Where we ship

We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom. We are not yet able to ship internationally though it is coming soon. 

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Because we dispatch quickly, you have a short window after placing your order to change a detail such as your size or delivery address. After your order has been dispatched, we can no longer be amended or cancelled for changes. Your right to cancel for a refund is separate and explained on our Returns page.

Delivery times

UK orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days. International orders can take up to 2 weeks, depending on your location and local customs processing. These times are estimates provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and shown clearly before you pay.

Duties and taxes

No surprises at the door. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to UK orders. For international orders, any import duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout, so the price you see is the final price you pay. Your parcel will not be held for further charges on delivery.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel. Tracking can take a few hours to update after dispatch.

Delivery and responsibility

Once your order has been delivered, or made available for collection, responsibility for it passes to you. If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier's usual redelivery or collection process will apply.

Getting your details right

Please check your delivery address and contact details carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, returned or lost because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
