Terms of service
Last updated: August 23, 2026
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our Shipping page, Returns page, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy also apply to your order and form part of these terms. Where those pages cover a topic in more detail, they should be read alongside this document.
1. About us
Our website is operated by Dinara Collective Ltd ("Dinara", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
-
Registered company name: Dinara Collective Ltd
-
Company number: 17049601
-
Registered in: England and Wales
-
Registered office: 312 Green Lane, London, England, SW16 3AS
-

2. Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By ordering, you confirm that this is the case.
3. Our products
We take care to describe and show our products accurately. However:
-
Images are for illustration, and the colours and finish shown may vary slightly from the actual product because of differences in screens and photography.
-
Our products are made from natural and woven fabrics, and small variations between individual pieces are a normal feature of these materials rather than a fault.
-
Availability is not guaranteed, and we may update or withdraw products at any time.
4. How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we are unable to accept your order, we will let you know and will not charge you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
5. Price and payment
-
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to your order.
-
The price you pay is the total shown at checkout, including any delivery charge and, for international orders, any import duties and taxes, so nothing further is owed on delivery. Delivery charges are set out on our Shipping page.
-
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
-
Although we take care with pricing, errors can occur. If we discover that an item has been listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the destinations shown at checkout. Full details of where we ship, along with delivery timeframes, are set out on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been delivered, or made available for collection, responsibility for it passes to you.
7. Your right to cancel and returns
As a consumer buying at a distance, you have the right to cancel your order for a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Unless an item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it, and we will refund the price you paid plus any standard delivery you were charged. How to return an item, the condition items must be in, and how refunds are handled are set out in full on our Returns page. You may also cancel using the model cancellation form, which is available on request, though you do not have to use it.
8. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement, and we will cover reasonable return costs. Please see our Returns page for how to let us know.
9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any breach of your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for business losses, as our products are supplied for private and domestic use.
10. Intellectual property
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs and the Dinara name and branding, belongs to us or is used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, postal disruption or supply problems. If such an event occurs, we will let you know and take reasonable steps to limit any effect on you.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of your use of our website.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in force when you place it. The date at the top shows when this version took effect.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
15. Complaints and contact
For any questions about these terms or your order, or to make a complaint, email us at support@dinaracollective.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and to resolve them promptly. If you are a UK consumer and we are unable to resolve things between us, you can seek free advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service.
